Types of Postings
Below are different types of procurement opportunities—notices of intent (NOI); presolicitation notices (PSN); requests for information (RFI); requests for proposals (RFP); requests for quotes (RFQ); and sources sought notices (SSN).
SSN for contract opportunities are posted on SAM.gov, where NLR may also publish the associated request for proposal and use responses to invite vendors to propose to subsequent requests for proposal. Email the Programs and Compliance team with questions related to this process.
